Re-Align Voice Resonance Practice

The Re-Align Voice Resonance Practice is a meditation-like experience in which voice vibrations are used to help the body and mind return to their natural balance.
During the session, a variety of vocal sounds, resonances, and vibrations are intuitively created to best resonate with the individual client or group in the moment. These sounds generate a gentle yet deep vibrational space, activating harmonizing and balancing processes within the body.
Sound vibrations often help to:

Voice sound elements and vibrations are tailored individually to each participant.
Sessions take place in a calm, safe environment, allowing participants to lie down or sit comfortably. The process is meditative, enabling the body to relax naturally within the vibrational sound field.
